Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service and surpass expectations at every opportunity while maximizing selling opportunities to meet store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators. Identify customer needs, answer product-related queries regarding price, location, features, and benefits, and ensure all orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time. Leverage optimized product knowledge to recommend merchandise and draw customer attention to maximize revenue. Maintain a professional image and handle multiple demands under all circumstances in a full-time 36-hour week role at the BOSS Outlet Algarve.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges

- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
