Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate position at Five Below in Silver Spring (MD). Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, understanding and meeting customer needs, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns, communicating needs to management, and supporting team and company goals. Must be able to operate a cash register, move merchandise, work with ladders, and handle flexible schedules including weekends and overnight shifts as required. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, strong customer service and communication skills, basic tech comfort with point-of-sale devices, and a willingness to learn procedures through on-the-job training.
