Job Summary
Greet guests, share the importance of fitness, and encourage others to get active. Discuss fitness with anyone who walks through the door or expresses interest in improving themselves. Maintain excellent communication skills face-to-face or on paper. Demonstrate a commitment to safety by being CPR certified or obtaining certification within 30 days of hire. This role is part of Thrive Venture Group, which operates 32 Orangetheory Fitness studios across Arkansas, Ohio, and West Virginia. The team values passion, integrity, and accountability, with opportunities for advancement into Sales Manager or Fitness Coach tracks.
