Job Summary
Greet every guest entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge while presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers. Guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout hand-in-hand with trainers, provide studio tours, and sell memberships to help the studio thrive. Follow up on prospective clients, participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all areas of the studio remain clean and organized. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation with commission and bonuses, and a free studio membership. Orangetheory is a global leader in innovative heart rate-based interval training, fostering a collaborative environment where passionate individuals can grow within the business.
