Job Summary
Greet every guest entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, provide studio tours, and work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout. Sell memberships to help the studio thrive, follow up on prospective clients, and participate in marketing and outreach events. Ensure all areas of the studio remain clean and organized. This role offers extensive paid training, competitive compensation including commission and bonuses, a free studio membership, and flexible scheduling.
