Welcome everyone with enthusiasm and energy, presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested prospects and guiding them through their first workout. Maintain the front desk by answering phones, talking to members, and handling other tasks that arise. Present studio tours to potential members, collaborate with the coaching team, and sell memberships to meet assigned personal sales goals. Follow up on prospects via outreach calls, handle member concerns professionally, and participate in studio marketing and outreach events. Ensure all studio areas remain clean and organized.
