Job Summary
Greet and engage visitors at the Orangetheory Fitness studio in Atlanta as a Part-time Sales Associate. Responsibilities include presenting the OTF concept to prospective clients (intros), handling front-desk duties (answering phones, interacting with members), giving studio tours, coordinating with trainers to guide intros through their first workout, selling memberships to support studio growth, following up with prospective clients, addressing member concerns professionally, participating in marketing and outreach events, and keeping the studio clean and organized. Requires enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset to help spread the fitness-aided message and convert interest into memberships.
