Greet guests, share the importance of fitness, and encourage individuals to get active. Engage with anyone who walks through the door, calls for information, or expresses interest in improving their lifestyle. Maintain excellent communication skills face-to-face or via phone. Ensure safety by being CPR certified or obtaining certification within 30 days of hire. Work flexible hours as part of a team at one of 32 Orangetheory Fitness studios across Arkansas, Ohio, and West Virginia.
