Welcome guests with enthusiasm, present the Orangetheory concept to prospects, and maintain the front desk by answering phones and assisting members. Collaborate with coaching staff to guide new members through their first workout, present studio tours, and sell memberships to meet assigned goals. Follow up on outreach calls, handle member concerns professionally, and participate in marketing events while keeping all studio areas clean and organized. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with uncapped earning potential through commission and a base hourly rate.
