Job Summary
Greet every guest entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge while presenting the OTF concept and conducting studio tours. Guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout alongside trainers and sell memberships to drive studio growth. Follow up on prospective clients, participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all studio areas remain clean and organized. This role offers extensive paid training, competitive compensation including commission and bonuses, and a free studio membership. Flexible scheduling accommodates educational or personal goals within a collaborative, fitness-focused environment.
