Job Summary
Greet every visitor at the studio entrance with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, conduct studio tours, and work alongside trainers to guide new clients through their first workout. Sell memberships to support studio growth, follow up with prospective clients, and participate in marketing and outreach events. Maintain a clean and organized environment across all studio areas. This role offers extensive paid training, competitive compensation including commission and bonuses, a free studio membership, and product discounts. Flexible scheduling accommodates personal goals, and the collaborative atmosphere supports growth toward potential franchise ownership.
