Job Summary
Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy experience for all members, prospective members, and guests while accurately completing member documentation and processing sales transactions. Conduct studio tours, communicate membership options, and build local community relationships to drive growth and achieve sales goals. Partner with the studio team to support marketing initiatives, maintain a clean environment, and respond promptly to member inquiries across multiple channels. This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, with a high school diploma and preferred customer service experience. Based in a fitness studio environment, the position involves frequent standing, walking, and moderate noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry, pushing, or pulling items up to approximately 25–30 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform light cleaning tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a studio environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in a potentially loud environment
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work flexible schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field (0–1 year)
