Job Summary
Greet every guest entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge while presenting the OTF concept and conducting studio tours. Guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout hand-in-hand with trainers and sell memberships to help the studio thrive. Follow up on prospective clients, participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all studio areas remain clean and organized. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation including commission and bonuses, and a free studio membership.
