Job Summary
Conduct sales and membership consultations with visitors, encouraging them to adopt a healthy lifestyle through fitness. Maintain excellent communication skills face-to-face and via phone to share the company's story and success. Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude to engage with anyone expressing interest in improving their physical and mental well-being. Maintain CPR certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire to ensure safety. Operate within a flexible schedule as part of a team at one of 32 Orangetheory locations across Arkansas, Ohio, and West Virginia.
