Job Summary
Greet every guest entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, conduct studio tours, and work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout. Sell memberships to help the studio thrive, follow up on prospective clients, and participate in marketing and outreach events. Ensure all areas of the studio remain clean and organized. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness within a collaborative environment.
