Job Summary
Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service by guiding customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education. Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings to support Optometrists, ensuring smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments. Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections, and quality checks to ensure all eyewear meets brand standards for fit, function, and presentation. Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand-aligned handoffs while maintaining organized, clean, and efficient retail areas. Support order entry, tracking, and timely completion, identifying and resolving quality or service issues proactively. Model Eyeglass World service standards and partner with the store team to deliver a consistent, elevated experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction
- Support store team in shared goals
