Job Summary
Eyeglass World is hiring an Optical Specialist/Sales Associate to deliver warm, confident in-store service, guide customers through eyewear selection and final fitting, support pre-exam flow with Optometrists, perform finishing and quality checks, and prepare orders for pickup. The role emphasizes brand-aligned customer experiences, in-store operations, and collaboration with the store team to meet service standards. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year in optical, retail, sales, or customer service; strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills; bilingual ability preferred.
