Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

As a Sales Associate, Optical – Part Time, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care; maintain accurate customer and patient records; communicate order status and answer calls; keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards; and assist with inventory control and loss prevention. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for professional growth within National Vision and its Americas Best brand. Education required is a High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Sundays are off; benefits and opportunities for advancement are available.
