Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

Sales Associate – Optical role focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training; educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care; maintaining accurate customer records; communicating order status and handling incoming calls; keeping the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards; and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. In this position, Sundays are off as the store is closed on Sundays.
