Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals and helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget. Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, educate clients on care, and maintain accurate records. Communicate order status, answer phone calls, and keep the store clean and visually merchandised to brand standards. Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties as assigned. This part-time role includes Sundays off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
