Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals, helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget. Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care, and maintain accurate customer and patient records. Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Every Sunday we're closed. Experience and skills in retail or customer service are preferred.
