Sales Associate – Optical

Sales Associate – Optical role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget, dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses (as permitted by state law), educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care, maintaining accurate customer records, handling order status and phone inquiries, keeping the store clean and merchandised to brand standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge in eyewear, and collaboration with the store team to meet sales targets.
