Sales Associate – Optical

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals. Help customers select eyeglasses and contact lenses based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget. Dispense eyewear and provide lens training, maintain accurate records, and communicate order status. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards while supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Handle incoming phone calls and perform other duties as assigned.
