Sales Associate - Optical

Greet customers and provide high-quality customer service while helping achieve National Vision’s sales objectives. Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses where state law permits, train on contact lens insertion/removal, and support daily operations including answering phones, processing orders, and maintaining inventory and store appearance. Use the Ready When Promised production board to track order status and notify customers of delays, handle customer complaints effectively, and ensure quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising in the eyeglass department, adhere to store policies, and participate in training programs and internal growth opportunities. Sundays are closed; focus on in-store, face-to-face interactions and in-person teamwork within a retail environment.
