Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience while focusing on full-price selling and maintaining visual standards. Handles escalated customer situations in compliance with policy, completes assigned tasks efficiently, and executes digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS. Actively participates in store contests, stays current on financial goals, and shares customer feedback to improve the overall experience. Upholds all company policies, loss prevention protocols, and safety procedures while supporting the leadership team in achieving operational targets. Works part-time between 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
