Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at LOFT in Oak Park Mall, you are the brand ambassador who connects with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You’ll help keep the store organized and visually appealing, collaborate with the team to create memorable customer experiences, and leverage available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You’ll work with store leaders to achieve daily goals, build relationships, and contribute to brand loyalty through knowledgeable product recommendations and exceptional service. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on hospitality-minded, customer-focused engagement and proactive decision-making to support store success.
Required Qualifications
