Job Summary
Conduct retail sales by genuinely connecting with customers, building relationships, and earning their business while infusing the Customer CARE program into store culture. Maintain and restock displays as directed, ensure cash register accuracy, and utilize outstanding selling skills to drive customer satisfaction. Learn and efficiently use the register system, proactively master retail product knowledge for all merchandise, and meet Crown Rewards program enrollment goals. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating initiative and teamwork to deliver a memorable experience.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic
- Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, e.g., fixture parts and cartons
