Sales Associate - Norfolk Premium Outlets (Regular)

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals, modeling excellent customer service, and maintaining merchandise presentation standards. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with urgency, effectively communicating merchandise value, addressing customer concerns, processing sales, maintaining stock levels, and performing housekeeping duties. Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, be adaptable to changing priorities, and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum age of 18.
