Sales Associate (No Previous Auto Experience Required)

The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers entering the dealership, help them select vehicles by understanding their needs, and explain product performance and options available for purchase. Key responsibilities include building rapport with customers, professionally presenting and demonstrating vehicles, overcoming sales objections, and reporting sales activities to the Sales Manager. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a valid driver's license.
