Job Summary
Deliver best-in-class customer service to every visitor by embodying brand standards, creating personalized shopping experiences, and meeting individual KPI expectations. Maintain store integrity and visual standards while facilitating in-store programs and assisting with necessary operational procedures. Guide customers through the Away-focused sales journey using high-level product knowledge to drive community connection. Part-time role requiring at least 16 hours per week, including availability on a weekend day. Ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
Required Qualifications
