As a Sales Associate at J.Crew Factory, you will provide seamless and authentic customer experience, drive sales, assist in operational and product-driven store tasks, and share customer feedback with management. You will collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere and align with brand values. You’ll stay up to date with fashion trends and demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks. The role requires scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays and the physical ability to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds.
