Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service experiences that promote the brand and build relationships. Assist the management team in building store business by actively using the Concierge service and handling multiple customers simultaneously. Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, and coaching to achieve sales and service metrics including clienteling and appointment setting. Complete operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery while utilizing product knowledge to create outfits for customers. Work 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
