Meet membership sales goals by answering phone calls, greeting clients, setting appointments, and managing memberships. Successfully achieve performance-based targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while upholding spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers an uncapped commission structure with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour, alongside a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
