Job Summary
Greet guests with professionalism, learn customer needs, and demonstrate furniture features including how products function and fit into their home. Guide customers through product options and value tiers to help them make confident decisions, then process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork. Maintain showroom displays and ensure floor models are clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Set and work toward personal and team sales goals while coaching and supporting team members in delivering excellent customer service. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and the team.
