Job Summary
Greet guests with professionalism, learn customer needs, and demonstrate furniture features including functionality and home fit. Guide clients through product options and value tiers to support confident purchase decisions, then process sales orders accurately with financing and paperwork. Maintain showroom displays to ensure floor models remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready while setting and working toward personal and team sales goals. Coach team members on service delivery and perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and team.
