Sales Associate - Monroe

Meet membership sales goals by successfully achieving performance-based targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on benefits while providing an excellent experience through phone answering, appointment setting, greeting clients, and managing memberships. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events, and uphold spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role features a varied schedule including weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday hours with flexible availability preferred.
