Job Summary
Meet membership sales goals and consistently achieve performance targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, and gift card sales. Answer phone calls, greet clients, and set appointments while educating them on service menu benefits and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience, passionately promote sales and events, and uphold spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers an uncapped commission structure with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour.
