Greet customers to identify battery, lighting, or device repair needs and provide technical guidance and product recommendations. Test and install batteries for automotive, key fob, and device applications while repairing phones, tablets, and other devices. Process sales, returns, and special orders accurately, support phone inquiries and online order pickups, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Assist with recycling and safe handling procedures, promote add-on products and store specials, and lift automotive batteries and heavy loads frequently.
