Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, enthusiastically sell products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and thank customers for choosing Mister Car Wash. Anticipate and solve customer needs while ensuring each vehicle is clean, dry, and shiny. Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment. Thrive on delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality/retail-like setting, and stay engaged with brand standards, training, and ongoing growth opportunities. This role emphasizes meaningful customer connections, energetic selling, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
