Sales Associate

Build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining store standards in image, product, and operations. Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and promote the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff. Capture customer data to maintain long-term relationships and participate in organizing in-store events and community outreach programs. Manage stock, backroom operations, and visual merchandising standards, ensuring compliance with company policies. Deliver an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service to increase loyalty.
