Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities while supporting store operations with tasks like pricing, promotional sets, and inventory accuracy. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism, and follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store key metric performance.
