Job Summary
Talk with guests to sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and help them choose the best wash options and upgrades. Turn conversations into sales opportunities while hitting daily and monthly membership goals. Give every guest a fast, friendly experience and keep work areas safe, clean, and organized. Load vehicles and support basic car wash operations when needed. This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with a $500–$1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment. Full-time and part-time positions are available for those who thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability based on business needs
- Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure
