Job Summary
Talk with guests to sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships while delivering a fast, friendly experience. Help customers choose wash options and upgrades, turning conversations into sales opportunities to hit daily and monthly membership goals. Load vehicles and support basic car wash operations when needed while keeping work areas safe, clean, and organized. This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning significantly more. Sign-on bonuses are available for qualified candidates.
