Job Summary
Talk with guests to sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and help them choose wash options and upgrades. Turn conversations into sales opportunities while hitting daily and monthly membership goals. Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized, and load vehicles to support basic car wash operations. Work outdoors in all weather conditions in a fast-paced environment requiring standing, walking, and light lifting up to 50 lbs. Earn uncapped commission on top of hourly pay with a $500 to $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days.
