Job Summary
Talk with guests to sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships while delivering a fast, friendly experience. Help guests choose wash options and upgrades, then turn conversations into sales opportunities to hit daily and monthly membership goals. Support basic car wash operations by loading vehicles and keeping work areas safe, clean, and organized. This role involves standing, walking, and light lifting in an outdoor, fast-paced environment with exposure to water and cleaning products. Full-time and part-time positions are available with uncapped commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability based on business needs
- Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication skills
