Required Qualifications
- At least two years of automotive sales experience, preferably targeted to luxury vehicles
- Ability to assist customers with purchasing or leasing of new or used vehicles in accordance with dealership policies, state and federal laws
- Strong accuracy and thoroughness in work
- Active listening and ability to understand customer comments and questions
- Customer-oriented approach with ability to address customer needs while following procedures
- Honesty and integrity with credible workplace presence
- Ability to perform tasks under pressure
- This position is based on individual performance
