Job Summary
Conduct new and used vehicle sales and leasing in accordance with dealership policies, state, and federal laws. Assist customers throughout the entire car buying process with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Maintain high accuracy and integrity while actively listening to customer needs and working effectively under pressure. This position is based on individual performance with pay ranging from $36,000.00 to $129,000.00 annually. McCurley Honda partners with the community by leading, volunteering, and empowering employees to exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years of automotive sales experience
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others
- Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures
- Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace
- Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
