Job Summary
Create a warm, inclusive, and confidence-building experience for every customer from first hello to finding the perfect fit through genuine connection and personalized product guidance. Actively listen to unique needs, guide shoppers to the right Knix products, and maintain high energy on the floor regardless of traffic levels. Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready, while staying knowledgeable on the growing product assortment and current promotions. Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Manager on Duty. Join the grand opening for Knix at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Summer 2026 to help establish brand culture in the new space.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
- Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail
- Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets
