Job Summary
Own the leasing pipeline for a designated portion of the Portfolio; conduct apartment tours and leasing activities; track traffic, appointments, and leases in CRM; provide support to the Sales Manager and Leasing Admins; engage with current residents and contribute to renewal activities; utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the Internet at an intermediate level; familiarity with the Yardi program preferred; strong organizational skills, communication, and customer-service orientation are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of Sales experience
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
- Experience in the Multi-family housing industry preferred
- Experience with Fair Housing preferred
- Experience with 300 or more units preferred
