Job Summary
As a Sales Associate / Material Handler, you will greet and assist customers and donors, stock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, operate cash registers, and ensure safety compliance. You are expected to unload and stock inventory, perform quality checks on items, and assist donors with their contributions. This role requires effective communication and the ability to lift up to 50lbs, with flexible scheduling expected for part-time shifts including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions
- Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors
